Two sports become one. Print the rules; gear up (don’t forget pads and helmets!); then play with friends.
Number of players: 2-4
Equipment needed: A hockey stick for each player, a tennis ball, a volleyball net or an imaginary line that divides your two teams
How to play:
Split into two teams.
Use the hockey sticks to toss the tennis ball back and forth, passing from teammate to teammate, and volleying from team to team.
Keep the ball from touching the ground as long as possible.
One player "serves" the ball to the other team. You can use your hands to catch the ball but must use your stick to pass and volley the ball.
Any time the ball touches the ground, the opposing team gets one point.
The first team to score 21 points wins.
